I’m running for re-election to continue the work we’ve started on behalf of students, parents, and our community to ensure GGUSD maintains the highest standards and the top-quality education we are known for. I’m passionate about our students and keeping our community informed about the options and pathways we have for every child’s education. I will make sure all our kids are prepared for college, a career, or the military and are poised for success in the 21st Century workforce.

I will continue to:

  • Actively respond to the needs of students, parents, staff, and community members to bring their voice to the table
  • Be visible and approachable by visiting classrooms and attending school, district, and community events
  • Collaborate with fellow board members and the Superintendent to ensure GGUSD is making students the number one priority and ensuring that they acquire the academic and personal skills to prepare them for lifelong success.
  • Support the expansion of 21st Century Career Technical Education classes and create more pathways to skilled trades, crafts, and college alternatives.
